How the two weeks work

Kickoff and plan
We align with your leadership and champions on what success looks like, then meet the team, plan the two weeks together, and set everyone up in Aurora Coach.

Week one
The team runs a coaching session in Aurora Coach, while our coach joins your meetings and ceremonies and sits down one-on-one with each person.

Week two
More time in the room, then a workshop where we work through Aurora Coach's results with the team and land on one to three improvements they want to commit to.

Readout and handover
The team presents the findings and commitments to your leadership, and they carry on with their improvements and three months of Aurora Coach.
The engagement
A fixed-fee, two-week coaching engagement for one team, including three months of Aurora Coach. There's an optional time-and-materials continuation if there's follow-through work worth doing together.
